Every consultation is comprised of three specific steps to progress you through each phase:
- An in-depth initial meeting to fully understand the depth of the project or need. We ask and listen carefully; We clarify the needs indicated at the onset of the meeting as well as any that might arise during the discussion and create a project outline that summarizes the dialogue.
- A Project Plan is developed, providing an overview for everyone involved. This is a living document and is used throughout the process to keep everyone current on the progress and next steps during all phases.
- A detailed follow-up of the project ensures the on-going success of these efforts. The initial work is both tough and rewarding, but long-term change and improvement demand a review and assessment of progress. Evaluation of team members and leaders help determine whether goals have been met or if any additional work is needed.

We utilize various tools and assessment-based program models, including Patrick Lencioni’s Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team ©* and Everything DiSC©*. Through our processes, we are able to uncover hidden traits inside individuals and leverage them to create better leaders.
