Barry Consulting Group offers clients the opportunity to learn about their Communication Styles. This information assists people to understand the way they prefer to communicate in the world and to clarify that other people may communicate differently. These differences can cause conflict between people until they can understand and appreciate the variety of communication styles and strengths for each style.

The assessment tool used for this purpose is DiSC® Classic or Everything DiSC® from Inscape Publishing. These tools can be taken online or with a paper product. Customers receive a personalized report with a complete profile of their preferred style and the other styles in the communication assessment. This report also provides strategies for how to improve interpersonal relationships and improve leadership tactics.
