Each consultation comprises three specific steps or phases:
- An in-depth initial meeting to fully understand the depth of the project or need. We ask and listen carefully. We clarify the needs – those indicated at the onset of the meeting as well as any that might arise during the discussion – and finally create a project outline that summarizes the dialogue.
- A Project Plan providing an overview of the full project for everyone involved in the work. This is a living document; it is used throughout the process to keep everyone current on progress and next steps, and all changes are reflected in this document.
- A detailed follow-up of the project ensures the on-going success of these efforts. The initial work is both tough and rewarding, but long term change and improvement demand a review and assessment of progress. Evaluation of team members and leaders help determine whether goals have been met or if any additional work is needed.
